THE STORY OF THE PROPHET ADAM - Human Origin

After the heavens, the earth, angels, jinns, and demons are created, then Allah SWT wants to create creatures that will be used as caliphs on earth. It was told to the angels, but the angels thought that they were negligent in carrying out their duties and were worried about it, because humans would only do damage. Allah SWT removes the worries of the angels by saying that only He knows all things, according to the word of Allah SWT in Sura Al-Baqarah verse 30:

30.  And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority." They said, "Will You place upon it one who causes corruption therein and sheds blood, while we declare Your praise and sanctify You?" Allah said, "Indeed, I know that which you do not know."

The angels are silent listening to Allah SWT's affirmation. Isn't Allah Almighty all knowing everything?
Allah Almighty then created Adam from clay and black mud. Once formed then the spirit is blown into it. Adam came alive and could stand up straight, according to the word of Allah SWT in Sura Al-Hijr verse 26:

26.  And We did certainly create man out of clay from an altered black mud.

Also according to Al-Hijr verse 28-29:

28.  And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "I will create a human being out of clay from an altered black mud.
29.  And when I have proportioned him and breathed into him of My [created] soul, then fall down to him in prostration."

Allah SWT then ordered the angels to bow to Adam. The angels prostrate themselves as statements of respect and congratulations for the creation of Adam. Only demons do not want to prostrate. He disobeyed Allah's commands. The devil boasted and felt better than Adam. This is according to Al-Hijr verse 30-33:

30.  So the angels prostrated - all of them entirely,
31.  Except Iblees, he refused to be with those who prostrated.
32.  [Allah] said, O Iblees, what is [the matter] with you that you are not with those who prostrate?"
33.  He said, "Never would I prostrate to a human whom You created out of clay from an altered black mud."

Also according to Al-A'raaf verse 12:

12.  [Allah] said, "What prevented you from prostrating when I commanded you?" [Satan] said, "I am better than him. You created me from fire and created him from clay."

Allah SWT is angry at hearing the answer of the devil and casting out demons from heaven. The devil wants to be evicted but he submits the requirement to be turned on long until the Day of Judgment. This is according to Al-Hijr verse 34-36:

34.  [Allah] said, "Then get out of it, for indeed, you are expelled.
35.  And indeed, upon you is the curse until the Day of Recompense."
36.  He said, "My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected."

Allah SWT granted the devil's request. He was left to live until the Day of Judgment arrived, according to Surah Al-Hijr verses 37-38:

37.  [Allah] said, "So indeed, you are of those reprieved
38.  Until the Day of the time well-known."

The devil then swears, he will mislead Adam and his descendants so that they will go astray, stay away from the commandments of God, do damage on earth, hostile to one another and kill each other.
However, Allah SWT will guard His faithful servants to always be on the right path, except devil followers (misguided people). A believer will not be persuaded by Satan. What is meant by "safeguarding" is to equip people with religious instructions. This is according to Al-Hijr verse 39-42:

39.  [Iblees] said, "My Lord, because You have put me in error, I will surely make [disobedience] attractive to them on earth, and I will mislead them all
40.  Except, among them, Your chosen servants."
41.  [Allah] said, "This is a path [of return] to Me [that is] straight.
42.  Indeed, My servants - no authority will you have over them, except those who follow you of the deviators.

Hearing the word of Allah SWT, the devil increasingly hated Adam. He then approached Adam. He examined Adam's entire body to find out his weak points. It turns out that his weakness is lust. Lust tends to do bad deeds. If a human tends to obey his lust then he will be easily misled by the devil.
Allah SWT then taught Adam the names of the things he saw. Thus Adam knew things on earth. It becomes the basis needed to regulate and maintain the earth. To the angels, Allah SWT wants to prove human ability to regulate and maintain the earth. When the angels were told to name the objects on earth, they did not know. Then, Adam was told to tell the names of the objects to the angels. The angels are amazed. This is according to Sura Al-Baqarah verse 31-33:

31.  And He taught Adam the names - all of them. Then He showed them to the angels and said, "Inform Me of the names of these, if you are truthful."
32.  They said, "Exalted are You; we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Indeed, it is You who is the Knowing, the Wise."
33.  He said, "O Adam, inform them of their names." And when he had informed them of their names, He said, "Did I not tell you that I know the unseen [aspects] of the heavens and the earth? And I know what you reveal and what you have concealed."

The angels then worship and glorify Allah SWT. They increasingly respect Adam. It turned out that Adam knew what they didn't know.
God then gave Adam a comfortable and tranquil place that is heaven. The place is beautiful. All life needs are available. Paradise gardens are full of delicious fruits. River water flows clear and smells good. Trees, plants and grass are neatly arranged, shaded, and comfortable.
Actually the place was very pleasant. Adam walked around exploring the gardens and parks, but he felt lonely because he didn't have friends.
