THE STORY OF THE PROPHET ADAM - Prophet Adam and Eve were Brought Down from Heaven

Allah SWT is Compassionate and Forgiving. Prophet Adam and Eve's repentance was accepted, they were forgiven by Allah SWT. But for the mistakes made, the Prophet Adam and Eve had to get out of heaven full of pleasure. This is in accordance with the will of Allah SWT who from the beginning created humans to be used as caliphs on earth, inhabitants and administrators of the earth.

Then Allah SWT sent Prophet Adam and Eve to earth. This is told in the Qur'an.

Surat Al-Baqarah verse 36:

فَأَزَلَّهُمَا ٱلشَّيۡطَٰنُ عَنۡهَا فَأَخۡرَجَهُمَا مِمَّا كَانَا فِيهِۖ وَقُلۡنَا ٱهۡبِطُواْ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوّٞۖ وَلَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُسۡتَقَرّٞ وَمَتَٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٖ  ٣٦

36.  But Satan caused them to slip out of it and removed them from that [condition] in which they had been. And We said, "Go down, [all of you], as enemies to one another, and you will have upon the earth a place of settlement and provision for a time."

Sura Al-A'raaf verses 24 and 25:

قَالَ ٱهۡبِطُواْ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوّٞۖ وَلَكُمۡ فِي ٱلۡأَرۡضِ مُسۡتَقَرّٞ وَمَتَٰعٌ إِلَىٰ حِينٖ  ٢٤ قَالَ فِيهَا تَحۡيَوۡنَ وَفِيهَا تَمُوتُونَ وَمِنۡهَا تُخۡرَجُونَ  ٢٥

24.  [Allah] said, "Descend, being to one another enemies. And for you on the earth is a place of settlement and enjoyment for a time."

25.  He said, "Therein you will live, and therein you will die, and from it you will be brought forth."

Sura Thaahaa 123 and 124:

قَالَ ٱهۡبِطَا مِنۡهَا جَمِيعَۢاۖ بَعۡضُكُمۡ لِبَعۡضٍ عَدُوّٞۖ فَإِمَّا يَأۡتِيَنَّكُم مِّنِّي هُدٗى فَمَنِ ٱتَّبَعَ هُدَايَ فَلَا يَضِلُّ وَلَا يَشۡقَىٰ  ١٢٣ وَمَنۡ أَعۡرَضَ عَن ذِكۡرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُۥ مَعِيشَةٗ ضَنكٗا وَنَحۡشُرُهُۥ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ أَعۡمَىٰ  ١٢٤

123.  [Allah] said, "Descend from Paradise - all, [your descendants] being enemies to one another. And if there should come to you guidance from Me - then whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray [in the world] nor suffer [in the Hereafter].

124.  And whoever turns away from My remembrance - indeed, he will have a depressed life, and We will gather him on the Day of Resurrection blind."

Thus, Prophet Adam and Eve must come down from heaven. Besides Adam and Eve, the devil was also expelled and had to live on earth. So, they will occupy the earth together.

When the two were lowered to earth, they separated far from each other. It is said that the Prophet Adam was descended on the Land of the Indies, while Eve was descended on the Arabian Land.

On earth they experienced a heavy struggle for life. For years the Prophet Adam and Eve looked for each other from one place to another. The journey taken is very difficult and full of danger. They really feel heavy suffering. Eventually the two met in the Arafah field which they said had been looking for for forty years. Prophet Adam was moved to see his wife who had been exhausted. Passion through a difficult road. They hugged, crying with sorrow.

Now a new chapter starts with the birth of a human child. Prophet Adam and Eve then sought a safe and comfortable place to live. With the provision of knowledge from Allah SWT, Prophet Adam managed nature around him. He defused animals for farming, cultivating agricultural and plantation land. Natural challenges have moved the mind of the Prophet Adam to live with good conditions.
