The job analysis list has the
benefit of calculating the total cost of each component of work. After
obtaining the price of each component of the work through analysis, the price
will be included as the unit price of work on the budget plan. This budget plan
details the components of work that exist in a development project. Before
making an analysis, a list of prices for building materials and wages for
workers must be arranged in advance.
God willing, if it can be realized,
the construction of the Betterpad-Ray model design (Benteng Terpadu Raya /
Great Integrated Fortress "Mural Wall") will use the analysis by
making a list, especially in this case the Shahada Mosque (Masjid Syahadat).
Analysis when making a building is very important so that the process can go as
expected. Analysis makes it easier to imagine what will be done and how to do
it. When carrying out development planning, all that is needed must be properly
recorded later on when providing all the needs there is nothing left behind. If
all preparations and provisions are complete, the development can run smoothly.
If there are items that are forgotten to be recorded, then the development will
be choked up and will spend time looking for things that are needed, so it is
not efficient. God willing, the construction of the Shahada Mosque will always
pay attention to the list of analyzes that have been made. Making a list of
analyzes must be done carefully, seriously, and neatly so that later it will be
easy to read during the construction process. In making a list of analyzes, a
broad and understanding insight is needed in terms of buildings and
architecture. For the construction of large buildings, of course it must be
with experts. Every need for construction certainly has a price to obtain it.
Knowledge of prices is very important so that the budget plan can be made and
implemented properly. An explanation of the price of each component must be in
accordance with the facts, not to be manipulated for certain crimes, such as
corruption. The price of the component sought can be in accordance with
existing funds or vice versa by looking for materials with a certain price that
is felt in accordance with the needs and quality, then funds can be prepared
for construction.
The following is an example of a
list of building materials and wages of workers and their analysis, although it
is incomplete and is just an example.

Every material to make a building certainly
has its own characteristics. There are things that are solid and liquid
objects, whole objects and grain objects, and objects that are still
"raw" materials or which have become an item that has a direct
function. All of this must be included in the price list of materials needed.
Likewise for the construction of the Shahada Mosque in Betterpad-Ray. The list
of materials to be used must be listed in the price list in order to find out
how to buy these materials based on the unit. Grain materials such as sand and
soil are usually purchased with volume sizes, can be in units of m3
or other units based on the area of purchase. But grain materials such as
cement are usually produced in packs called sacks, so the unit used is a sack
or cement mass for each sack, for example one sack of cement has a mass of 50
kg. Long or spliced objects are usually obtained by meter size, such as pipes
and cables. Liquid objects such as paint and thinner are sold in the form of
packaging (usually buckets or cans) in units of kilograms (for paint) and
liters (for thinner). So when you want to buy paint or thinner, it is usually
mentioned mass (for paint) or volume (thinner) which can vary in size for one
product and the selection depends on the needs. While the objects that are
solid and intact or have clear functions, piece units are used. Examples are
taps, tile, brick, and lights. Objects that have a wide and thin surface and
can be cut into pieces, usually sold in units of m2, for example
glass.

There is a term to pay workers's
wages before their sweat dries. Then the wages can be made every day directly
after completion of the work or it could also be in accordance with the
agreement that applies, can be per week or per month. In development, of course
the workers not only receive wages, but also receive food and drinks while
working to fill energy. The food and drinks provided must be complete and
nutritious so that the workers can work more passionately. Determination of
workers's wages for all workers is adjusted to the level of difficulty, or also
the level of responsibility for experts or people who are not rude workers. God
willing, if realized, wages or salaries for workers and experts in the
construction of the Shahada Mosque, of course, in an appropriate amount,
especially for those who have a family. The schedule and the length of time the
work is also arranged so that construction can run smoothly but does not make
workers too tired. Construction can be carried out from morning to evening,
which is clearly not until night.

The coefficients for calculating the
amount of building materials in this article match the reference book from the
author's experience. This coefficient is very useful if applied in daily
calculations. The coefficient is the amount of something needed to complete
each work unit. For example from the example above is the amount needed to
complete 1 square meter of work done. It is indeed reasonable if for one square
meter the red brick only needs about one fifth of the sack of cement. That is,
one sack of cement can be used for 5 m2 of red brick field. These
materials do not have to run out for each job. There may be jobs that do only
need a portion of cement from one sack of cement and the rest can be stored for
use in other jobs. But it does seem strange for the coefficients on workers and
masons per square meter, because it is not possible for someone to be divided
because that person must be one, two, and positive integers so on. So in this
case it can be translated with other meanings. For example, each square meter
of a red brick field has a third coefficient value for workers. Then the
meaning can be reversed, that one worker can complete 3 m2 of red
brick in one work.
This is the article from me.
Hopefully the design of the Shahada Mosque (Masjid Syahadat), which is part of
the Betterpad-Ray (Benteng Terpadu Raya / Great Integrated Fortress) model, can
inspire and be realized. Aamiin. Sorry if there is an error especially in this
article.
